This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use describes how Optimix ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our platform. This policy applies to all users of our LLM analytics, monitoring, and experiment platform. We do not sell any of your data. You always own your data. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our website.

b. LLM Requests and Logs

To help with quality and improve our products (such as how well the LLM requests perform), human reviewers may read, annotate, and process your logs. Please don’t enter confidential information in your requests or any data you wouldn’t want a reviewer to see or us to use to improve our own products, services, or technologies. c. Usage information

We collect information regarding your use of the platform (e.g., date and time you log in, features you use, clicks, logs) and any content that you generate through it. This enables us to improve our offerings and gather information on how users use our platform.

d. Device information

We may collect some device information such as IP address, browser version, crash history, operating system, etc. to improve how our platform works in different environments. We also utilize cookies and authorization context to store login information. This allows us to log you back in and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

You, as the user, can choose which provider to make requests to when using the platform.

Nonetheless, it's important to understand that no data security measures, nor any method of electronic transmission or storage, can guarantee absolute security.

Therefore, we advise you to be cautious and understand that we cannot ensure the security of your information when managed by third parties.

Our platform is not intended for use by any minor. By using our platform, you confirm that you are not a minor. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information on our services from minors, we will delete that information promptly. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the features on our platform immediately ceases, and we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account.
